How to Heal After Loss is a compassionate program designed for anyone experiencing grief—whether it's the loss of a loved one, a pet, a miscarriage, infertility struggles, or any significant life change. If you're seeking support, understanding, and a sense of community, you are not alone.
Throughout this journey, you’ll deepen your awareness of your mind, emotions, and spirit, explore cultural perspectives on death, discover your healing medicine, develop a relationship with life & death, identify personal triggers, create lasting memories of your loved one and so much more
This is an online, self-paced program designed to help you navigate your grief with intention and support. While you can move through it at your own pace, most participants complete the program within three months.
Through meaningful discussions, gentle healing practices, and a supportive community, we create a safe space to honor your grief while fostering resilience and hope.
No matter where you are in your healing process, this program is a place of comfort, growth, and renewal. Together, we will create a nurturing space to learn, heal, and support one another.

Peace, I’m Dee. As health educator and yoga instructor with a deep passion for food medicine and holistic healing, my journey has shown me the profound impact that nourishing both body and spirit can have—especially during life’s most challenging moments, including loss.
Hey Love, I’m Jasmine. As an intuitive energy healer, my mission is to guide others toward peace and healing by deepening awareness of the body. My own experiences with grief have profoundly shaped my understanding of the healing process and the vital role of connection.
Together, we share a heartfelt mission: to support you as you navigate your own unique grief journey.
How to Heal After Loss was born from our deep desire to create a safe, nurturing space where you can explore your grief through a holistic lens. This program is here to support and guide you as you begin your healing journey, surrounded by understanding and care. We are so grateful you are here.

How to Heal After Loss is an online self-paced program designed to help you move through grief by providing tools to navigate loss and develop a healthier relationship with death. This program guides you in becoming more aware of your mind, emotions, body, and spirit while exploring cultural perspectives on death. Through this journey, you will also learn to identify your triggers and gain deeper insight into your healing process.

This course is not grief share and while it’s spiritual in nature it is nonreligious

This course is a one time fee of $250.

Once a month, we will gather for a community Zoom discussion—a space to ask questions, share experiences, and support one another on this journey.
