After experiencing immense loss, including the passing of their sister Jamila, they navigated life’s challenges—divorce, child loss, financial hardship, and grief—and emerged with a renewed sense of purpose.

Their journey of healing and self-discovery led to the birth of 3 of Cups, a sanctuary for connection, empowerment, and holistic healing. The addition of Dee Davis, their soul sister, has strengthened their mission, bringing fresh perspectives and powerful energy to their work.
